We provide an in-depth consultation at the beginning of each appointment to ensure you have the best experience. However, if you require a complete change of colour or re-style we advise that you book a consultation prior to the appointment to ensure that the correct time is allocated.
AN ALLERGY ALERT TEST (AAT) IS REQUIRED 48 HOURS BEFORE ANY COLOUR SERVICE – THIS ONLY LASTS 6 MONTHS AND WILL NEED TO BE RE-DONE IF IT BECOMES OUT OF DATE.
WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING WITH US.
CHILDREN CUTS ARE UNDER 11’S ONLY.
New Clients
When visiting us for the first time we require a 60 MINUTE CUT AND FINISH. This allows us to ensure the best service possible and time required when getting to know you and your hair and achieving a beautiful finish.
Our Cancellation Policy
We politely request that you inform us 24 hours in advance should you wish to move or cancel your appointment. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a 50% fee. We do reserve the right to charge full price for no show appointments.
